our room was very clean, i liked that so much. the receptionist was lovely too, especially since we booked so late (around 7pm!) and arrived near 9pm.
the portions controlled at breakfast felt a bit mean.

Acceptable stay with some issues

separate toiletrestaurant locationinconsistent serviceunprofessional attire
The room had a nice size. It featured a separate toilet and bath area. I found it ideal to have a restaurant on site so I did not need to travel outside the hotel grounds (that's always a plus).
I observed breakfast service was inconsistent. One morning, staff seemed not properly dressed. They wore black exercise pants while serving breakfast (it looked a bit unprofessional).

Decent Stay, but Room for Improvement

inconsistent serviceclear signage
The service was inconsistent. I asked for extra towels one evening, and they never arrived. The room cleaning was also spotty. One day they missed our room entirely. I also found the lack of clear signage around the hotel a bit frustrating. It made navigating the grounds confusing at times.

The room I had was a good size, and it featured excellent facilities. The staff were cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant.
Upon arrival, I checked in. I received no information about the grounds. The car parking signs were confusing, and guests seemed to park in multiple areas. I noticed how soulless the estate felt, even with a full complement of guests.
