The hotel has a stunning location surrounded by beautiful grounds and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great escape. However, the dining experience fell short during my visit, particularly with the limited menu and some disappointing food quality. While the room was mostly enjoyable, the way it was set up gave me some discomfort regarding privacy. Overall, there's potential here, but improvements are definitely needed in dining and room arrangements.
Rooms

The room was mostly lovely with a dual aspect and a wet room that offered a relaxing Jacuzzi-style bath, perfect after long walks. However, the enormous glass wall made me feel exposed, almost like being in a goldfish bowl.
Service

While some staff members were friendly and attentive, it seemed like there were communication gaps, especially when I needed assistance with delayed room service.
Location

The location is absolutely beautiful, nestled in nature and providing excellent trails for walking. It truly felt peaceful and away from the everyday hustle, making for an ideal retreat.
Dining

The dining experience was disappointing; some of the menu items felt shop-bought and lacked the freshness I expected, contrasting with past visits where the food had been stellar.
Facilities

While the facilities were adequate, I think there's room for improvement in terms of dining options and room services.

Slebech Park Estate is a hidden gem with stunning surroundings that create a peaceful retreat. My room offered a lovely view, but I encountered some issues with the shower temperature. The dining options were somewhat limited, and the service could be improved in terms of attentiveness. However, the beautiful grounds and welcoming staff certainly contributed positively to my stay.

During my stay, I was truly impressed with the serene and beautiful location, which provided a gorgeous backdrop for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my husband's needs were met after his hospital discharge, demonstrating incredible kindness. However, I did experience some minor frustrations with the TV access and the breakfast prebooking process. Overall, it was a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations given the circumstances.

My stay at Slebech Park Estate had its ups and downs. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the staff genuinely made a great effort to accommodate us, which added to the experience. However, the challenges with room comfort and dining left something to be desired, impacting the overall value for money.
Rooms

Our room had a charming character but unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I expected. There were some stains on the carpet and the shower had inconsistent water temperature. Although there were lovely views of the estuary, the amenities could use some maintenance.

While breakfast was decent and well-presented, I found the dinner menu a bit underwhelming and missed having some of my preferred options available. The food quality was good, but there's room for improvement in variety.

The hotel has a stunning location with beautiful views and plenty of space to explore, but my experience was marred by a lack of communication from the staff and some issues with the room. While the dining experience was decent, it didn't fully meet my expectations for a five-star establishment. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are significant areas for improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The room we stayed in needed some maintenance and brighter decor. Although it was spacious, a lack of basic amenities like a fridge made it feel less than luxurious. It could be ideal in cooler seasons, but was quite warm during our stay.
Service
5.0
Staff communication was lacking, particularly with our booking and ensuring we had the necessary amenities upon arrival. I felt that the service could have been much more attentive and accommodating.
Location
9.0
The location is absolutely beautiful, situated right on the estuary with stunning surroundings that truly enhance the experience. The grounds are a great place for walks and tranquility.
Dining
7.0
The restaurant offered a satisfactory dining experience with good quality food, but I would have appreciated a wider range of breakfast options to really elevate the experience.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate, though not particularly impressive for a high-end hotel. They had some pet-friendly amenities, which I appreciated, but there was room for improvement regarding overall upkeep.
